Isle of Wight Festival crowds were treated to a breath-taking headline set by the legendary Sting on Friday night. The ex-Police frontman started the show with Message In A Bottle, causing a frenzy as the sun set on Seaclose Park. The hits didn't stop coming, with Sting playing Fields of Gold, Englishman in New York, and Every Little Thing She Does Is Magic...

As he announces a significant donation to an arts institution in Gateshead, he also told the BBC: "The statistics for child poverty in the area are discouraging"...
